Widemouth Bay

Cornwall Council Widemouth Bay (EX23 0AW, 560 spaces). 1 April–31 October 9am–6pm: £2.70 / £5.30 / £7.70 / £11.70, weekly £29.20; evening £2.50. Winter: £1.50 / £2.70 / £5.70 / £7.20. Raven’s address is this car park.

Raven Surf School is at Widemouth Bay, all levels since 2004, small groups, and they call it the safest beach location in the Bude area.

Access & hazards
Met Office Widemouth Sand (Beach): high risk of rips. RNLI: large sandy beach with adjacent rocky reefs (rock-pooling), backed by low cliffs. 2026 patrols: Easter, then daily 2 May–27 September, 10am–6pm.
