Shipping and returns

Checkout is a demo. We do not take money, reserve stock, or ship kit yet. The notes below are so the store is honest about what UK customers can expect later.

Shipping

We intend to ship within the UK. Delivery estimates, rates and any international options will be shown at paid checkout. Risk in the goods passes when they are delivered to the address you give us.

Returns

When sales are live, you will have 14 days after delivery to change your mind on unused, unworn items with tags attached (Consumer Contracts Regulations). Wax and opened hygiene-adjacent kit may be excluded. Start a return by messaging us on Facebook with your order reference. We will refund the goods by the original payment method within 14 days of getting them back (or proof of return).

Faulty goods

If something arrives damaged or not as described, UK consumer law still applies: repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Do not wear it into the sea and then tell us it was wrong.

Placing a demo order does not create a right to delivery or a refund, because no payment is taken. See Terms.
