Chapel Porth

Parking
National Trust Chapel Porth (TR5 0NS). Charges apply; members free (JustPark 80536). Non-member prices are posted on site. Access from the car park to the sand is uneven and steep.
Hire & lessons
No dedicated Chapel Porth school on an official site. Nearest verified hire and lessons: Tris Surf Shop at Porthtowan. The two beaches join at low tide.
Vibe
National Trust: a popular, wilder cove with mining heritage. No sourced contest or longboard claim, treat it as the quieter neighbour of Porthtowan when that beach is messy or packed.
Access & hazards
RNLI 2026 lists include Chapel Porth (Easter and daily from 2 May). Porthtowan RNLI: at low tide the sand stretches to Chapel Porth. High tide eats the beach, that is already the local tip on this page.
